Gave us an option of taking it out if we wanted to but was honest and wanted us to make the decision. He was very nice and explained everything and answered all questions we had. After travelling internationally for weeks my ear gradually started to clog up, and unfortunately I was without options to have it fixed abroad. Hours after I touched down in London, Ben was able to see me. I thought he might do microsuction but after assessing my ear he decided a simpler wash procedure was best. Within less than a minute my hearing returned to normal. I nearly cried with delight!
